Plug the SignalMax 1200 Ethernet WiFi Extender into a wall outlet where your router signal is still stable.
Connect the extender to your existing router using WPS or the guided setup process.
Connect nearby devices over WiFi, or connect one compatible device using the built-in Ethernet port.
Install the extender between your router and the weak-signal area rather than directly inside the dead zone.
For Ethernet use, choose an outlet close enough to the device for a practical cable connection.
Avoid placing the extender inside enclosed cabinets or directly next to large metal objects.
Keep it away from strong sources of wireless interference where possible.
Test nearby outlets to find the best balance between the router and the target area.
