How does SignalMax 1200 work?
Helps reduce WiFi dead zones and extend coverage to more rooms in suitable conditions. Coverage and performance may vary by layout, placement, interference, walls, building materials, router performance, and internet plan. Designed for indoor plug-in use.
Is it compatible with my router?
Yes. SignalMax is designed to work with most standard home routers and common internet providers.
Will it make my internet faster?
It improves coverage, not your provider speed. In weak-signal rooms, better placement can still make your connection feel much more reliable.
Where should I place the extender?
Place it between your router and the room with poor coverage, where it can still receive a stable signal from the main router.
Can I use it outdoors?
No. RAGOAT extenders are intended for indoor use only unless the product listing clearly states otherwise.
How many devices can it support?
It can support multiple connected devices in everyday home use, though real-world capacity depends on layout, interference, router performance, device mix, and bandwidth demands.
Do I need an app to set it up?
No app is required. Setup can be completed through WPS or the guided browser-based setup flow.
Do SignalMax 1200 models include Ethernet ports?
Black-F1 and White-Q3 include 1 × Ethernet (LAN/WAN). The Range Extender and Ethernet WiFi Extender models include 2 × Ethernet (LAN/WAN).
Can I use more than one extender?
Yes, but placement matters. Each extender should still have a strong upstream signal for best performance.

Where does RAGOAT ship?
RAGOAT ships only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other unsupported destinations.
What are the shipping options?
Published options are Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days in transit after dispatch, Free) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days in transit after dispatch, $12.99). Processing normally takes 1-2 business days. Estimated total order-to-delivery time is approximately 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-4 business days for Express Shipping. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
