RAGOAT Shipping Promise

• RAGOAT currently ships only to physical residential or commercial street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

• Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

• Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday.

• Order processing normally takes 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

• After dispatch, estimated carrier transit time is 3-5 business days for Free Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping ($12.99).

• Estimated total order-to-delivery time is approximately 4-7 business days for Standard Shipping and 2-4 business days for Express Shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Tracking is provided after dispatch when available from the carrier.

1. Service Area and Excluded Destinations

RAGOAT currently ships only to physical residential or commercial street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other unsupported destinations. Orders to excluded or unsupported destinations are not eligible for fulfillment and may be blocked, canceled, and refunded.

2. Order Cut-off Time and Processing

Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment authorization is completed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from and does not count as carrier transit time.

If RAGOAT cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer using the order contact information, provide a revised shipping estimate, and, where applicable, offer the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

3. Shipping Options, Transit Estimates, Total Estimates, and Fees

Business-day estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak seasons, inventory verification, address problems, security review, or other circumstances outside RAGOAT's reasonable control. The above options are the only published shipping options. RAGOAT does not use separate destination-based shipping tiers or hidden shipping surcharges under this policy.

4. Delivery Delays and Customer Options

If a shipment is delayed after dispatch, RAGOAT will assist the customer with tracking and carrier investigation. If RAGOAT learns before dispatch that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or otherwise agreed timeframe, RAGOAT will provide a revised estimate and an opportunity to cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund where required or appropriate.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are displayed before payment is completed. Prices are listed in USD. RAGOAT will not request any additional shipping fee after payment is completed.

6. Fulfillment and Warehouse Routing

RAGOAT uses approved fulfillment locations and carrier services to process orders. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on location, order size, stock availability, product type, routing efficiency, or operational requirements. RAGOAT is not affiliated with Amazon or any third-party marketplace unless expressly stated.

7. Tracking Information

After dispatch, RAGOAT will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number when available. Carrier tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. RAGOAT is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. If an address error is noticed after an order is placed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows a significant delay, no movement, delivery to the wrong location, or visible transit damage, contact RAGOAT with the order number and tracking number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange support under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, RAGOAT may deduct the actual return shipping cost, reshipment cost, and any applicable handling charges from the refund where permitted by law.
